Products are shipped door-to-door by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within two or three working days from the day of payment of the order. For orders outside Greece, the products are sent again by courier in two to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.

Website www.sherpa–clothes.gr does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay

The freight charge is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the option to choose the type of document he/she wants (retail receipt or invoice) by filling in the corresponding field on the website.

Shipping MethodsOrders within Greece cost 3.40 euros, if you choose cash on delivery, the cost is 5.90 euros,while for orders over 70€, shipping is free throughout Greece.

1. Shipping costs for parcels prepaid by bank transfer or credit card:
Courier – Express delivery: Euro €3,40 (delivery at your place)

2. Costs of sending parcels by cash on delivery using Courier:
Courier: € 5,90. Delivery in 1-3 days at your place.

All charges apply to parcels up to 5 kg. For orders weighing more than 5 kilos the charge is € 1,00 per additional kilo.
